Fluresh (now rebranded as Tend.Harvest.Cultivate. or T.H.C.) is a leading Michigan-based cannabis company dedicated to cultivating quality cannabis products tailored for diverse consumer needs. Fluresh's product line encompasses a wide range of offerings, including flower strains, pre-rolls, edibles, vape cartridges, concentrates, and infused beverages. Their products are organized into five distinct "moods" to cater to different desired effects, such as promoting relaxation, creativity, or pain relief. The company places a strong emphasis on research and development, incorporating various cannabinoids like THC, CBD, THCA, CBN, and CBG to address diverse consumer needs.

In December 2021, Fluresh secured a historic USD 25 million senior secured note from a federally chartered bank, marking a significant milestone for the cannabis industry's access to traditional financing. This non-dilutive debt financing represented an industry-leading cost of capital, simplifying the company's capital structure.

Fluresh's Grand Rapids location, which opened in February 2020 as the city's first licensed medical marijuana provisioning center, serves as the company's headquarters and flagship retail outlet. In September 2022, Fluresh expanded its retail presence by opening a second provisioning center in Big Rapids, Michigan.

In June 2023, Fluresh announced its rebranding to Tend.Harvest.Cultivate. (T.H.C.), reflecting a renewed commitment to cultivating quality products, advocating for positive change, and creating consistent experiences for customers. The company plans to establish a "house of brands" catering to diverse consumer preferences.
