Funding and financials
In January 2023, CloseFactor raised USD 15.2 million in Series A funding co-led by Vertex Ventures and Sequoia to expand its product development activities, form a go-to-market team, and develop a range of new workflow integrations. The round follows its USD 4.5 million seed funding in June 2022, led by Sequoia Capital.
