Showpad

Showpad, a Belgium-based sales enablement platform, provides solutions for forecasting, coaching, conversational intelligence, buyer engagement, and content management. For large and complex products, it also contains augmented reality (AR) features that let sales teams communicate with prospects using 3D models. The platform launched Showpad Video in August 2021 to give users access to a video chat capability for more personalized client engagement. In November 2022, it added a number of new products, such as Showpad's Enablement Operating System, App Studio, and Partner Ecosystem, to its lineup of sales enablement solutions. In April 2023, the firm launched automated question-based analytics and insights dashboards that provide customers with answers to key sales enablement questions and actionable insights based on relevant context. 

The company claims to increase sales productivity by 10%; increase marketing productivity by 25%; and improve sales onboarding times by 25%.

In order to further expand its sales enablement capabilities in 2018, Showpad purchased two technology firms. It bought the sales training platform LearnCore for USD 50 million and the meeting intelligence platform Voicefox for an undisclosed sum.

Key customers and partnerships 

As of September 2021, the company had more than 1,200 customers globally including Johnson & Johnson, GE Healthcare, Bridgestone, Honeywell, and Merck.
