Capchase Pay acts as a financier for buyers who wish to purchase and access a SaaS product immediately. The full contract value is given to the vendors upfront (net a small fee) immediately after the deal closes.
The service offers flexible payment terms that fit the needs of customers, whether that’s monthly, biannually, or annually, which can allow users to shorten sales cycles and collect annual recurring revenue (ARR) upfront. In addition to this, all billing, collections, and reconciliations are handled directly by Capchase with the buyer. They have built vendor and buyer portals to streamline the sales and payment process and have integrated seamlessly with Salesforce and Hubspot.
Key customers and partnerships
In September 2024, Capchase partnered with Stripe, an API-based payment infrastructure, card-issuing, and fraud prevention platform, to embed Capchase's B2B BNPL offering into Stripe's payment offering. In February 2024, Capchase partnered with BBVA Spark (a subsidiary of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria) to offer integrated financing solutions for companies with recurring revenue models leveraging Capchase's technology for digital client analysis. Capchase collaborated with the marketing company Betts Recruiting to combine Betts Recruiting's subscription recruiter model with Capchase's revenue-based financing solution, providing startups access to capital and top talent (June 2023).
