Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM) is an American multinational fast-food company created as a spin-off of PepsiCo in 1997. Yum! Brands is the world’s largest fast-food restaurant company, operating more than 55,000 restaurants worldwide, of which ~98% were franchised or licensed to third parties as of December 2022. The company has been listed on the NYSE since 1997. Yum! Brands generated revenue of USD 6.84 billion in 2022.

Yum! Brands primarily operates four franchised food chains: KFC (~41% of total revenue in 2022), Taco Bell (~36%), Pizza Hut (~15%), and The Habit Burger Grill (~8%; a fast-casual restaurant specializing in made-to-order chargrilled burgers, sandwiches, and more).

Yum! Brands operates in over 155 countries, with the US being the largest (~57% of total revenue in 2022). Yum! Brands plans to reduce carbon emissions by 46% by 2030 (from a 2019 baseline).
