CoachCare is a remote patient monitoring (RPM) and virtual health company providing a suite of virtual tools for RPM, video conferencing, real-time messaging, screening, content sharing, and connected devices. These tools aim to offer patients an experience close to an in-person visit, all from the comfort of their homes. CoachCare's platform supports both virtual care and in-person appointments, serving various healthcare specialties such as weight management, cardiology, nephrology, pain management, and orthopedics. The company claims its solution increases monthly revenue for healthcare providers by over USD 20,000 and improves patient outcomes within two weeks.

The company's RPM services include a range of connected devices like blood pressure cuffs, smart glucometers, and smart scales that transmit patient data in real time to healthcare providers. 

CoachCare has expanded its services through strategic acquisitions, including NVOLVE in January 2023, which added expertise in pain, spine, and orthopedic specialties. In April 2023, the company acquired Alertive, expanding its services in cardiology and nephrology and adding chronic care management capabilities. The acquisition of WebCareHealth in September 2023 further broadened CoachCare's capabilities, adding at-home international normalized ratio blood testing and monitoring to its suite of services. In December 2023, CoachCare acquired primary care and cardiology-focused platform Verustat to expand its remote patient-monitoring capabilities.

As of July 2024, its solutions were used by over 150,000 patients and hundreds of healthcare organizations.

In June 2020, the company partnered with LEVL to integrate fat metabolism insights into its platform. Further in January 2023, CoachCare signed an agreement with CareSpan Health to provide medically assisted remote patient monitoring to over 2,000 CareSpan and CoachCare patients annually. This partnership allows CoachCare to identify individuals enrolled in certain weight management programs who can benefit from increased medical supervision and can be referred to primary care providers in CareSpan's networks.
