HyperGuest is a technology platform that facilitates direct connections between hotels and travel providers aiming to simplify the booking supply chain. For hoteliers, HyperGuest offers a solution that allows direct bookings from various travel providers. The platform integrates with channel managers, Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and switches to automatically update room availability in real time. It also allows the extraction of pictures and amenities from existing online resources and the definition of policies and terms through AI.

Travel providers, including travel agencies, corporate travel services, and niche travel providers, can use HyperGuest to connect directly with hotel inventory, potentially increasing commission margins. The platform provides real-time access to room inventory, facilitates direct bookings with hotels on a net rate or Best Available Rate (BAR) basis, and handles accounting within the system for timely payments.

HyperGuest claims to offer higher margins and data transparency compared to Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), backed by its AI-driven optimization process, referred to as "Distribution 2.0." The platform also allows hoteliers to control how their rates are distributed, a feature that is not typically offered by traditional bed banks and wholesalers.

As of December 2023, HyperGuest reported having ~25,000 active hotels and partnerships with over 380 customers and 150 global technology integrations.

Key customers include accommodation providers such as Prima Hotels, B&B Hotels, Turim Hotels, and travel providers such as Travelor, NordBeds, and Rate Hawk.

Funding and financials

In July 2023 , HyperGuest raised USD 23 million in a Series A funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. The funds will be used to bolster offerings for hoteliers and travel providers and global footprint expansion.
