Qobra

Qobra is a French company that offers a sales compensation platform for users to automate sales commission management via a spreadsheet-like interface. Users can connect a number of data sources, including CRM, ERP, and data warehouses, synchronize their commission data, and use variables, such as churn rate or monthly recurring revenue, to calculate sales compensation. 

Qobra provides integrations with CRM, data warehouse, financial and HR platforms such as Salesforce, Google BigQuery, Hubspot, Slack, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zoho. Additionally, Qobra enables sales teams to predict future revenue based on their compensation plans and create Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF) programs using the platform. The company also claims to save five days per month, on average, in time spent on commission management.

Key customers and partnerships

As at March 2023, Qobra served 100+ enterprise customers and 15,000 users across 11 countries. These include Spendesk, Make, Figaro Claissifieds, Glady, and Agicap. 

Funding and financials

In October 2023 , Qobra raised USD 10.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Singular to expand to the UK and the US and to double its team from 30 to 60 employees.
