Crackd is a UK startup developing plant-based eggs using cold-pressed pea protein, nutritional yeast, and black sea salt. The startup claims its plant-based egg can be used to cook and bake, with slightly more time required for preparation than chicken eggs. The startup planned to commercialize its plant-based egg alternatives in December 2020, initially in the UK.

In May 2023 , Crackd launched a new range of vegan quiches– in Quiche Lorraine, Cheeze & Broccoli, and Caramelised Red Onion flavors–featuring its plant-based liquid egg product, The No-Egg Egg. Developed in collaboration with THIS and Applewood Vegan, the quiches were slated to make their retail debut exclusively at Tesco outlets at the end of the month.
