The company claims to achieve a 30% reduction in healthcare spend by employers on behalf of their employees and 50% less utilization of emergency rooms and specialists.

Key customers and partnerships

In July 2020, Amazon partnered with Crossover Health to establish 20 health centers near Amazon fulfillment centers and operations facilities. The Neighborhood Health Centers will operate with extended hours to accommodate various employee work schedules and will be available exclusively to Amazon employees attached to the specific location. Further in November 2022, partnered with health insurance provider Aetna to provide primary care services to patients in Seattle via employers. 

Funding and Financials

The company completed an oversubscribed Series D funding round in March 2021 that brought total funds raised to USD 281.5 million and the proceeds will be used to expand its healthcare platform across the US.
