The platform enables users to share Salesforce reports, manage approvals, and add team members to manage workflows. Moreover, the platform provides AI-based tools for users to extract actionable insights from sales calls and generate custom summaries for any role as well as scripts for follow up emails.
In September 2023, the company launched two new tools—Atlas and Digest—which enable users to accurately track and forecast revenue and map their processes in real-time.
