Mobile Smart City

Mobile Smart City offers a suite of cloud-based parking management solutions under the brand “Pango” to help drivers find and pay for parking spaces and simplify the way businesses and cities organize their parking spaces. 

Pango offers the following software and hardware solutions:

1) Parking management platform: Offers real-time control of parking usage, dynamic price management, real-time analytics, and solutions for cross-marketing strategies, such as leveraging on loyalty programs. The software can be integrated with other city and business management software. 

2) Pango App: Used by the drivers to search and book on-street, gated, and non-gated parking spaces. It can also be used to reserve VIP and premium parking spaces. The app also includes a Pay & Go feature that enables drivers to pay using their mobile phone and the payments are accepted via credit, debit, prepaid cards, PayPal, etc. 

3) Zeus Enforcement: Integrated with security cameras to register car license, provide contactless access to parking via QR codes or license plates recognition technology, and recognize frequent clients and unauthorized cars. It can also issue a paper ticket and file the violation in Pango’s back-end system in real time. 

In addition, Mobile Smart City also provides Citea Touch, a multi-space parking meter under the “Hectronic” brand. The parking meters are integrated with a back-end platform or mobile app that provides real-time monitoring and notifications. As of September 2023, 40,000 meters have been installed across 40+ countries.

Key patnerships and customers

Mobile Smart City’s customers include municipalities (ex: the town of New Castle New York), universities, airports, hospitals, shopping centers, and private operators across North and Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe. It has more than 50 million users in over 150 cities across the globe as of September 2023.

Municipalities and cities commonly use the Pango Pay & Go feature to collect parking citation fees, as well as its Hectronic multi-space parking meters. Mobile Smart City has partnered with several cities and municipalities, such as Town of Mount Pleasant, New York, City of Greenville of North Carolina, and Town of Hancock in Maryland.

The firm has been recognized as an Amazon Advanced Technology Partner, where it can leverage Amazon’s Network to improve network security and reduce redundancy of its parking solutions.
