Signaturit

Signaturit is a cloud-based e-signature platform based in Barcelona, Spain. The company provides a range of solutions including electronic signatures, electronic registered delivery, electronic identification, and qualified electronic time stamps. Signaturit's technology enables users to electronically sign and manage documents throughout their entire lifecycle, from creation and dispatch to execution and compliance.

In February 2019, Signaturit raised EUR 7 million in funding, bringing the total amount raised to EUR 10 million at that time. The company utilized these funds to expand its presence within Spain and other European markets, as well as to develop an end-to-end contract automation platform.

Signaturit's electronic signature solutions comply with the eIDAS (EU Regulation 910/2014) and the company is recognized as a qualified electronic trust service provider by the Spanish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation. It offers simple signatures as well as advanced electronic signatures, including biometric signatures and signatures with digital certificates issued by third parties.

As of February 2019, Signaturit claimed to have over 10,000 users across 40 countries. Some of its notable customers include Volkswagen, EY, Gartner, Admiral Insurance, AXA, Acciona, Banco Sabadell, DAS Insurance, Cuatrecasas, Decathlon, Volotea, and Damm.
