3M expects total organic sales growth of 0.25%–2.25% in 2024 (-3% in 2023), reflecting adjusted organic sales growth of flat to up 2%. The company anticipates adjusted earnings per share for 2024 to range between USD 9.35 and USD 9.75 (compared with USD -12.63 in 2023). 3M is committed to transitioning its global operations to 100% renewable electricity by 2050.
