As of December 2024, Soda Health's technology had processed transactions at over 50,000 retail locations across the US. The company's platform served more than 100 million Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members.

Soda Health has partnered with several major retail chains across the US, including CVS. The company partnered with Kroger in December 2023 to launch a Smart Benefits program providing access to pharmacy, nutrition services, and other eligible benefits. 

In January 2024, the company collaborated with Hy-Vee to launch a health and wellness benefits program across all Hy-Vee locations. The company also formed a partnership with Walgreens in December 2024.
