 The Texas-based at-home diagnostic platform, Everlywell, has recently acquired PWNHealth and its subsidiary, Home Access Health Corporation. This acquisition has led to the formation of Everly Health, which acts as the parent company for all three operations. Everly Health has plans for expansion beyond the US to Canada and Puerto Rico.
 PWNHealth, now part of Everly Health's portfolio, operates a network of clinicians in partnership with labs across the US. They provide diagnostic testing services, clinical supervision, and telemedicine services. The combined companies will cater to over 350 corporate clients under the Everly Health umbrella.
 PWNHealth will henceforth be known as Everly Health Solutions and will operate as an independent subsidiary. It will retain data and clinician independence. Julia Cheek, the founder and CEO of Everlywell, is set to serve as the CEO of Everly Health. Sanjay Pingle, the former CEO of PWNHealth, will join the board of directors at Everly Health.
