In November 2023, Videra Health launched Ava, an AI-based digital healthcare companion intended to enhance patient engagement and care delivery. Ava aims to upgrade patient compliance and involvement and be more involved in its personal care. Ava uses machine learning and large language models to personalize its interactions with patients and includes functions such as real-time interaction with patients, early detection of health changes, and seamless integration into care management workflows. The tool also has an emergency feature that triggers immediate action from healthcare professionals based on patient responses.
