DrivenIQ is an audience data intelligence platform specializing in location-based insights. Driven IQ provides a suite of customer data platform (CDP) and customer experience management (CXP) solutions to enable brands to unify, collect, and ingest consumer data. The firm’s proprietary Geozoning tech allows it to track audiences on their phones and at their homes and offices in a privacy-compliant manner. Building on this tech, the firm provides solutions including VisitIQ, an audience management platform for delivering omni channel targeted ads including for search, display, over-the-top (OTT), and audio marketing. It also provides DrivenID, its identity graph, which analyzes online and offline consumer and behavior data for more than 14 billion customer records covering 230 million+ US households.
The firm brands itself as a data-as-a-service firm, which first identifies target audiences and then delivers the list of potential buyers to its users, including zero, first, and second-party data, along with blended data (known as omni data) to deliver hyper targeted marketing solutions. The firm has grown its consumer data via acquisitions; in March 2022, the firm acquired Visitor Data Inc., providing it with access to 500 million first-party consumer records.
Key customers and partnerships
The firm has been recognized as a Google partner and claims to be one of four US partners for SeeWhatsInStore (SWIS), a Google ecommerce feature enabling businesses to display their live inventory details directly on Google search. In line with this, Driven IQ provides specialized solutions for online sellers such as auto dealerships and retailers to update their auto and retail inventory in real time. As of August 2022, DriveIQ’s customers include Amazon Advertising, Simpli.fi , Direct Mail, and Microsoft Azure.
