Noah Medical is a medical robotics company that has developed the Galaxy System, a robotic platform for navigated robotic bronchoscopy. The system is designed to improve the accuracy of locating and diagnosing lung nodules during bronchoscopy procedures. It features proprietary TiLT+ Technology, which integrates tomosynthesis and augmented fluoroscopy, providing real-time navigation and lesion updates during the procedure. The Galaxy System also includes a single-use disposable bronchoscope and a compact footprint, allowing easy integration into most bronchoscopy suites.
The company received FDA clearance for the Galaxy System in March 2023, enabling its commercial use in the US. In the same year, Noah Medical initiated the first-in-human trials of the system at Macquarie University Hospital in Sydney, Australia.
