In July 2024, Forwrd.ai acquired LoudnClear.ai, a conversational AI platform, for an undisclosed sum. LoudnClear.ai offers a multi-layered conversational AI platform that uses natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to enable customer support teams to analyze unstructured data and customer sentiment. Forwrd.ai leveraged the acquisition to incorporate LoudnClear.ai's data enrichment capabilities as well as its integrations with platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, and Intercom into its own platform.
