Cubic Acres grows pesticide-free leafy greens and herbs including baby arugula, basil, kale, romaine lettuce, and microgreens hydroponically, using 99% less water. The company offers customers custom orders, where they can choose to grow different lettuce, leafy green, herb, and root varieties and have it delivered within 6–10 weeks. In addition, the company uses robotics and AI to automate its vertical farming process from seed to harvest and powers its farms using renewable energy.
