Features of the platform include 1) automated email design where users can automatically create customized email templates, 2) marketing automation tools covering 22 common workflows, 3) customer segmentation tools that leverage a user's customer management systems (CMS), and 4) a product recommendation engine that automatically sends targeted ads based on consumer behavior on users' websites. The firm places a strong emphasis on the use of AI and machine learning (ML), which it employs to automatically write and launch email marketing campaigns. The firm claims its solutions can deploy automation workflows within 10 minutes while improving conversion rates by 3%.
Key customers and partnerships
The firm’s solutions are geared toward ecommerce vendors and its solution can be integrated with users' CMS and product websites. As of November 2022, the firm catered to more than 400 users in Europe including Well, Pyrenex, Nat & Nin, and Hawaii Surf. The firm also claimed that it plans to target e-retailers with less than EUR 10 million in annual revenue and expected to secure 1% of the European market for ML-authored marketing bulletins by 2025 and 10% of the market by 2032.
Funding and financials
In November 2022, the firm raised EUR 7 million (~USD 7.1 million) in a seed round to expand the technical integrations of its solution with CMS solutions. In line with this, the firm planned to recruit more data scientists and sales representatives. The firm also claimed to have experienced a 300% revenue growth over the past 12 months and had reached an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of EUR 1 million.
