Managed detection and response (MDR) provider Lumifi Cyber has acquired Castra Managed Services, a specialist in the Exabeam security information and management platform (SIEM). The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed. The acquisition will enhance Lumifi's SIEM capabilities, providing a comprehensive range of detection and response services through network detection and response (NDR), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and SIEM capabilities via a combined security operations center (SOC). Castra offers managed detection and response services using SIEM, extended detection and response (XDR), threat intelligence, and remote log management solutions from Exabeam, SentinelOne, Wazuh, and Anomali.
