Rethink First provides online treatment tools, training, and supports to organizations, families, and schools to help individuals with a wide range of developmental disabilities. Rethink First’s users include organizations in the behavioral health, employee benefits, and education spaces.

In February 2021, the company acquired Whil Concepts, provider of a digital well-being training solution for companies, supporting employees with stress resilience, mindfulness, sleep goals, mental well-being, and emotional intelligence skills. It is reportedly the only digital well-being training solution for professionals. The company's digital mini-courses—based on neuroscience, mindfulness, and positive psychology—were available at more than 250 clients across 110 countries as of December 2020. Over June 1–August 31, 2021, the company offered all educators with a school district email address free full access to Whil's digital mental wellness solution.
