 The Coconut Collab, a plant-based dairy company, has launched Protein Yog, a dairy-free yogurt with 10g of protein per serving, and the UK's first plant-based on-the-go Yog &amp; Granola, combining its coconut yogurt with granola clusters.
 The company reports that Protein Yog is made from ethically farmed coconuts, low in sugar and rich in minerals, electrolytes, and healthy fats. It also contains all nine essential amino acids and is fermented with live cultures to benefit gut health.
