Captiv8 is an influencer marketing platform that provides end-to-end services catered to brands. The company’s platform lets brands uncover insights on trends, discover and evaluate influencers, activate campaigns at scale, and grow branded content across digital channels. Furthermore, the company provides advisory services in relation to influencer marketing strategies, with its platform providing tools to build relationships with audiences and create content. In December 2022, the company expanded its global presence to Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Before this expansion, Captiv8 was mostly US-based.

Captiv8 offers Paid Media Amplification, whereby creators can enhance their content, track performance, focus on preferred audiences, and optimize their goals. Captiv8 also offers an Influencer Velocity Index (IVI) tool, which it introduced in 2022. The IVI tool lets brands significantly reduce the time required during influence discovery by using an AI-powered talent recommendation engine that generates a list of the most relevant talent based on the metrics that matter most to marketers. In June 2024, the company introduced Branded Storefronts, a new feature designed to enhance the social commerce experience by connecting brands, influencers, and consumers directly on a dedicated platform outside of standard social networks.

Key customers and partnerships

Captiv8 works with brands such as Walmart, Ocean Spray, Kraft Heinz, and Toyota, as well as holding companies like WPP and Omnicom.

In April 2023, Captiv8 announced that it had integrated with Instagram's creator marketplace, making it one of the first platforms to do so. Through the integration, brands on Captiv8 can communicate with creators on the marketplace by sending messages directly to their priority inbox using the first set of APIs. Before this, it integrated with TikTok’s Creator Marketplace API (August 2021).

In March 2023, Captiv8 joined with Influencer Marketing Trade Body (IMTB) and launched its Creator Affiliate Suite. Affiliate marketing solutions offered by Captiv8 will automate various tasks, including affiliate recruitment, attribution modeling, referral link management, full-funnel conversion tracking, and commission payments. The suite was first introduced to the US market the previous year and subsequently to the UK, Italy, Germany, France, Mexico, Canada, and Japan.
