In August 2023, Logikcull was acquired by Reveal, a global e-discovery company, in a deal valued at over USD 1 billion. The acquisition marked Logikcull's 10th anniversary and aimed to create an end-to-end e-discovery platform serving clients across the legal spectrum, from small firms to enterprises.
