Maza is a neobank that serves immigrants through a mobile app, with a specific focus on Latin and Spanish-speaking communities. It enables individuals to open a US bank account, inclusive of a debit card, and obtain a tax identification number using their passport, without requiring a social security number. Maza charges USD 149 to open an account and also automatically renews a customer’s financial identity documents.
