InsightRX is a healthcare technology company that has developed a cloud-based platform for precision medicine and clinical analytics. The company's InsightRX Nova platform leverages patient-specific data, quantitative pharmacology models, and machine learning to understand each patient's unique pharmacological profile and guide treatment decisions. It provides dosing guidance for various drugs, including antibiotics, immunosuppressants, and chemotherapeutic agents.

The InsightRX Nova platform seamlessly integrates with hospital electronic health record (EHR) systems, enabling clinicians to individualize medication dosing regimens at the point of care. It offers a preferred pharmacokinetic (PK) model for each drug, along with alternative models for specific subgroups, such as obese patients or those in intensive care. The platform continuously improves its PK models over time using real-world clinical data and AI techniques.

In addition to the Nova platform, InsightRX offers InsightRX Apollo, which provides hospitals and care teams with aggregated analytics to improve treatment responses and discover novel factors impacting drug efficacy and toxicity.

By May 2024, InsightRX had established partnerships with over 780 hospitals across more than 150 health systems and personalized over 4 million dose advices across nearly one million treatment courses. The Nova platform featured 100 drug modules containing 150 validated PKPD models, offering an extensive range of drug data and modeling capabilities.
