WK Kellogg Co (NYSE: KLG; formerly part of the Kellogg Company) is a manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of cereals in the US, Canada, and Caribbean. WK Kellogg Co was created as a spin-off of the North American cereal business of Kellogg Company in October 2023 (the Kellogg Company was thereafter renamed Kellanova). Its products include cereals under the brands of Kelloggs, Kashi, and Bear Naked. 

WK Kellogg Co products are manufactured in the US, Mexico, and Canada and marketed in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. Its products are manufactured through its production platform consisting of six primary facilities. The company generated revenue of USD 2.7 billion in 2023. The US segment accounted for ~88% of total revenue in 2023, followed by Canada (~10%).
