Allego is a sales enablement platform designed to enhance productivity and performance for sales teams. Its technology integrates Enablement AI to streamline digital selling experiences and boost skill development across organizations. Allego’s product suite includes Digital Sales Rooms, Sales Content Management, and Allego 8, a unified platform for peak enablement productivity. In addition, Allego features advanced conversation intelligence tools for analyzing sales interactions and sales coaching tools that facilitate skill development and coaching. The platform integrates with 120+ applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot, Oracle, Pipedrive, and Salesforce.  

In January 2023, the company introduced new product capabilities specifically tailored for European sales teams, while in June 2023, Allego launched GO, a revenue enablement platform that fosters collaboration among sales, enablement, and marketing teams.

In December 2020, the company acquired Refract, a UK-based sales engagement and conversation analytics platform. The acquisition builds on a year-long partnership to integrate Refract's conversation analytics technology into Allego's sales call recording and coaching capabilities. The acquisition brings Allego 100+ conversation intelligence and call coaching customers and will serve as Allego's new European headquarters.

Allego claims to reduce tech spend by 50% by consolidating up to seven different tools, increase win rates by 45% through more confident reps, and shorten sales cycles by 50% through more convenient buying experiences.


Key customers and partnerships

As of April 2022, the platform had 650,000+ users across industries, including financial services, life sciences, high tech, energy, manufacturing, and telecommunications. Customers include Fannie Mae, Johnson Health Tech, Neurelis, Quidel Diagnostics, Recordati Rare Diseases and Regroup Mass Notification.

In March 2023, the firm partnered with The Brooks Group,  a sales training platform, to provide clients with access to Allego's interactive digital library containing various learning and practice resources that align with the Brooks Group’s IMPACT training methodology.
