Element Analytics provides an operations data management platform for industrial enterprises to enable users to make data-driven decisions. Its flagship product is Element Unify, which combines information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) data on a single platform to provide users with contextualized data for analytics. This unified approach enables industrial companies to create comprehensive 360-degree views of their operating assets, in the form of digital twins, and recycle them across similar projects, plants, and processes.
The platform also provides a template library, as well as a number of pre-built connectors and no-code pipelines to reduce the time taken for programming. As of August 2024, the platform could be integrated into Azure Digital Twins by Microsoft, AWS IoT TwinMaker, AVEVA, Radix, Cyient, and AW IoT SiteWise.
Key customers and partnerships
As of April 2023, Element Analytics served more than 450,000 users across companies in industries such as chemicals, oil and gas, metals, power, and agriculture. Its enterprise clients included Cargill, Covestro, Teck, Evonik, and AGL.
In August 2022, the company partnered with a global digital provider, IPCOS, to expand the Unify platform through the chemical plant industry. In April 2023, the company partnered with HighByte, a data management provider, to launch an integrated solution based on AWS’ Industrial Data Fabric Architecture. Other partners include Radix, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
Element Analytics has also collaborated with Microsoft (Element Analytics’ platform is exclusively deployed on Microsoft Azure), OSIsoft (users will be able to build and maintain assets four to 10 times faster than traditional approaches), and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Element Analytics announced an integration between its Element Unify platform and AWS IoT TwinMaker (December 2021), to allow for significantly faster digital twin development and improved effectiveness through contextualized and governed metadata. Element Unify is a foundational launch partner for AWS IoT TwinMaker, and is available in the AWS Marketplace.
