GYANT is a 24/7 AI chatbot for triage and diagnosis. The chatbot asks patients a series of questions about symptoms which are interpreted using natural language processing to determine an appropriate course of action. The chatbot can also provide answers to queries, leave prescription refill requests, and direct patients to a telehealth or in-patient booking system.
Founded in 2016, the company configures its solutions to integrate with a provider's digital tools, clinical endpoints, electronic health record systems, website, patient portal, branding, and mobile app.
GYANT’s customer base grew to 24 healthcare systems as of July 2020 compared to 9 in July 2019. In July 2020, Gyant raised a Series A funding round that brought total funding to USD 22.8 million.
