Raise3D offers 3D printers, software, and material for additive manufacturing (AM), targeting design service and education, medical, manufacturing, and engineering use cases. It offers several printer options including the DF2, Pro3 Series, E2CF, E2, Pro2 Series, Forge1 as well as the RMF500 and the MetalFuse System specifically designed for metal 3D printing. Some of their features include dual extruders, allowing two processes to happen simultaneously, as well as flexible build plates to enable the easy removal of finished products.
The company has developed a range of materials and filaments. Raise3D also operates an open filament program (OFP), which allows customers to use third-party filaments with Raise3D printers. In September 2022, Raise3D introduced 32 new industrial filaments compatible with E2CF printers, which were reported to have a high strength-to-weight ratio, making them suitable for applications including automotive, aerospace, and healthcare. The company also offers two software programs named IdeaMaker and RaiseCloud, which allow users to easily modify model files and remotely monitor production processes from various devices. These two platforms together help to create efficient AM workflows.
