Dock

Dock offers credentialing technology and decentralized identity systems that can be used to create cryptographically secure and verifiable digital credentials, including workforce certificates, academic achievements, identity documents, and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. The decentralized identity system allows users to have control over their own identities and data that are stored in a digital identity wallet. The wallet can store a range of verifiable credentials (VCs), such as personal details, education, employment details, and financial information, and each user has a decentralized identifier (DID), which they generate and control themselves. The DID is written on the Dock blockchain and can be used in various contexts, including personal interests, professional purposes, and financial services​.

Key customers and partnerships

Dock partnered with credentialing platform Xertify in May 2021 to offer blockchain-based credentialing solutions. Xertify's platform allows organizations to issue and manage credentials, and by integrating with Dock's infrastructure, they ensure compliance, universal verification, and security of the credentials. In 2021, it partnered with Credenxia, a human resource management platform, to build a proof-of-concept (PoC) application to create, manage, and verify credentials in real-time. It also partnered with Transak, a Web3 payment and infrastructure provider, to offer support with fiat cryptocurrency conversion for users. 

In October 2022, Dock partnered with BurstIQ, a blockchain-based data management platform, to integrate Dock Labs' platform into BurstIQ's LifeGraph ecosystem and secure health data. Through this collaboration, Dock plans to extend its platform's reach by leveraging BurstIQ's LifeGraph platform to allow authentication of employee skills and achievements from improving data verifiability between organizations and individuals.
