Entourage Health operates a state-of-the-art hybrid greenhouse and processing facility located on 158 acres in Strathroy, Ontario, as well as a fully licensed 26,000 sq. ft. processing facility in Aylmer, Ontario. The company has expanded its multi-channel distribution strategy, with Starseed Medicinal's industry-first partnership with LiUNA, the largest construction union in Canada, complementing its direct sales to medical patients. Entourage also hosts the Syndicate medical marketplace, offering products from micro-cultivators alongside its own brands.

In the adult-use market, Entourage's Color Cannabis and Saturday Cannabis brands are sold across eight Canadian provinces. The company is the exclusive Canadian producer and distributor of the US-based Mary's Medicinals wellness brand, available in both medical and adult-use channels. Entourage also has a collaboration with The Boston Beer Company subsidiary, making it the exclusive Canadian distributor of the cannabis-infused beverage TeaPot, launched in 2022.

In March 2023, Entourage expanded its Color Cannabis and Saturday Cannabis portfolios with new cultivars like Mint Cookie Kush, large format flower options like Saturday's 28g Motor Breath, and infused pre-rolls. The company reported strong growth in the pre-roll category, with Color ranking among the top five pre-roll brands nationwide in 2022.

In November 2022, Entourage announced it would phase out cultivation operations over five months and source cannabis from Hexo Corp. through a new three-year supply agreement with minimum annual purchase commitments. This strategic shift aimed to reduce costs amidst rising expenses and price compression in the industry.
