Headquartered in Maryland, HopFlyt is dedicated to developing novel and advanced eVTOL aircraft. The Venturi, the flagship aircraft of HopFlyt, provides a comprehensive solution for manned AAM challenges. With a targeted range of 200 miles and a top speed of 200 mph, the Venturi was set to be ready for flights by 2025. As of May 2023, HopFlyt was also developing a defense version of the Venturi called Vortex, which features significant upgrades. Additionally, the company was working on the Cyclone, a long-endurance, mission-ready unmanned aircraft, and the Squall, a lightweight and cost-effective loitering asset.

Key customers and partnerships

In 2021, the company entered a strategic partnership with The Albers Group for military aircraft and received multiple Department of Defence (DoD) contracts through the Albers relationship.

In its latest funding round in March 2023 , the company raised USD 1.5 million in Series A funding for the development of its three vertical mobility aircraft.
