Dyspatch

Dyspatch is a Canadian company offering a no-code, drag-and-drop platform to create emails (transactional and triggered emails) and centralize template creation, approval, and publishing processes. As of January 2022, the platform offered over 50,000 templates with built-in commenting, permission levels, and approval workflows. 

Dyspatch also provides an API for users to export their templates to third-party services such as Salesforce, Braze, Marketo, and Oracle Marketing Cloud, among others. 

The company also leverages Google’s accelerated mobile pages (AMP) to enable users to launch interactive email products (dubbed “Apps in Email”) and has also partnered with email testing service Litmus to help users preview their templates across all devices and providers. The AMP solutions were used by over 300 customers including design platform Canva (as of January 2022) and can reportedly improve engagement by 500%, click-throughs by 86%, and conversion rates by 300%. 

In January 2022, Dyspatch raised USD 6 million in a seed funding round led by Google’s Gradient Ventures. The funds were to be used to expand its marketing and technology teams while adding further integrations (with email service providers) and new features to the platform. Dyspatch also planned to open its platform to third parties.
