Wagmo offers pet (dogs and cats) insurance along with a wellness service via a mobile app and online portal. Wagmo Insurance covers emergency care and unexpected expenses such as surgeries, x-rays, lab tests, prescription medications, and cancer treatments. Its insurance policies are provided through three deductible options: USD 250, USD 500 and USD 1,000, and it claims to pay 100% of the bills after deductibles up to a pet’s lifeline limit of USD 100,000. It also has a limit of USD 10,000 per incident.
Wagmo’s Wellness Program reimburses vaccinations, grooming, regular vet visits, fecal tests, and bloodwork. The services start at USD 20, USD 36 or USD 59 per month, and customers will be eligible for reimbursements of USD 350, USD 650, and USD 1,100 per year, respectively. The company offers wellness services even without an insurance plan, allowing users the flexibility to purchase policies in the future when the need arises. In addition, the company reimburses any claims within 24 hours via Venmo, PayPal, or direct deposits.
