Two Chairs offers hybrid care, blending virtual and in-person sessions to accommodate clients near their clinics in California, Washington, and Florida who prefer face-to-face interactions. The company has developed a customized clinician dashboard that analyzes patient data to enable therapists to quickly modify treatment approaches and improve outcomes. In August 2023, Two Chairs launched a Care Navigation program to provide seamless in-network guidance and referrals for patients requiring either supplemental care or other care modalities, accessible to 55 million adults.
