In December 2022, Signify Health announced an expanded relationship with Ardent Health Services, a healthcare provider with more than 200 sites of care across six states. This partnership involves Ardent joining a Signify-enabled accountable care organization in 2023 to implement care transformation and manage risk for Medicare patients in New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas.
