Assembled is a workforce management tool founded by three former Stripe employees, Brian Sze, John Wang, and Ryan Wang. The platform provides a space for customer support teams to manage tools and customer support data, measure team performance, quality assurance reporting and demand forecasting.
It integrates with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Kustomer, Gladly, and other third-party tools through API integrations. In April 2024, the company launched Assembled Assist, an AI-powered agent co-pilot and issue resolution engine. The company claims that the service has resulted in a 55% increase in solves per hour.
Key customers and partnerships
As of April 2024, the company had over 250 enterprise clients, including brands such as Notion, Robinhood, Tim Hortons and Etsy.
The company’s partners include customer experience vendors Five9 and MaestroQA.
Funding and financials
Assembled announced its USD 51 million Series B funding round led by New Enterprise Associates in May 2022. The fresh capital was earmarked for product development, which includes integrations with HR software, the introduction of schedule optimization algorithms, and launching CX Scholars—a corporate initiative that will commit a portion of the company’s revenue to continue education for support workers.
