Clarigent Health delivers artificial intelligence and machine learning technology for the early detection of mental health conditions such as distress, suicide ideation, and other types of behavioral health issues. It aims to direct the most appropriate treatment plan for an individual. Clarigent Health was founded in 2018 and is based in Mason, Ohio.

Clarigent Health is a mental health tech company that analyzes speech patterns using a proprietary AI algorithm to provide clinical decision support for mental health professionals. It is mainly focused on identifying patients who are at risk of suicide. The company’s app-based listening tool tracks recorded therapy sessions, patient-reported symptoms, and therapists’ clinical impressions to transform speech patterns into vocal biomarkers. It also provides personalized therapy session summaries, patient-specific progress, and aggregated data to support clinical decision-making. DarioHealth, a chronic disease management platform based in Israel, signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of wayForward in May 2021 for a total consideration of USD 30 million.
