airSlate is a no-code framework-derived workflow automation tool. It focuses on document generation, contract management, contract negotiation, and robotic process automation (RPA), among other functions. In March 2021, airSlate expanded the availability of its e-signature solution, “signNow,” to Microsoft cloud applications. This lets Microsoft users electronically sign and manage documents directly in Dynamics 365, Teams, and Microsoft Power Automate. Moreover, in April 2021, the company extended its integrations with Microsoft by adding integration with Microsoft SharePoint. In September 2021, airSlate launched new workflow automation packages and e-signature solutions for the healthcare sector, which offers ready-made workflows and healthcare-specific solutions including appointment scheduling, medical claims processing, reporting, billing, and document management. In April 2022, the company added integration to Salesforce’s AppExchange Chat functionality to enable Salesforce customers to connect with airSlate experts in real-time. In May 2022, airSlate, added a new integration within its signNow API with Notarize, a remote online notarization service, to enable users to legally notarize documents signed with an e-signature. airSlate acquired DocHub , an online PDF editing and document signing platform, for an undisclosed amount in July 2022. The company planned to accelerate DocHub's product development and its integrations into the Google Workspace by leveraging its RPA automation bots. The bots will enable process automation to transfer the data from documents into other systems during the workflow process. airSlate had more than 100 million users in August 2021, up from about 20 million users in January 2021. Its customer base amounted to around 250,000 enterprises in March 2021, including the Australian government, Xerox, CBS Sports, and GoFundMe. In May 2022, airSlate partnered UiPath to offer business process automation solutions to small businesses through RPA. The companies also released an integration with UiPath that allows customers to add automated documents into UiPath processes. In June 2022, AirSlate, raised USD 51.5 million in funding led by G Squared, with UiPath’s participation, at a valuation of USD 1.25 billion. The company plans to nearly double its workforce of 1,000 employees and full-time contractors across Ukraine, Poland, and the US, among other countries.
