 <p>CloudPay, a global payroll and payment solutions software provider, has raised USD 120 million in funding in a round led by Blue Owl Capital. Existing shareholders Rho Capital Partners, the Olayan Group, and Hollyport Capital also participated in the funding round.</p>
 <p>The generated funds will be used to strengthen CloudPay's capital base, further growth opportunities, and enhance its customer products and technology solutions. The company plans to implement AI technology in data management, automate and scale various processes, and improve partner connectivity using API solutions within the global payroll, payment, and HCM ecosystem.</p>
