Based in Belgium, I-care offers AI and data-driven predictive maintenance solutions for industrial machinery. The company offers three products: 1) Wi-care - an automated platform that tracks critical equipment with 15-minute to once-a-week intervals to collect machine data. It uses a range of sensors including vibration sensors, temperature sensors, ultrasound sensors, and oil sensors; 2) Wi-care PURE - a portable device that collects data through Wi-care wireless sensors for asset monitoring; and 3) I-see - a data analytics platform for asset monitoring and predictive maintenance. The company states that its platform helps manufacturers reduce the maintenance cost of machines by 25%–35%.

I-care had 26 offices in 12 countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific as of October 2022. 

In September 2023, the company acquired Cepya Electronics, a Belgian electronic card manufacturer, for an undisclosed sum, to further its vertical integration strategy and double production capacity in industrial IoT devices. It went on to acquire Sensirion Connected Solutions’ predictive maintenance product line and licenses for an undisclosed sum, in July 2024, to strengthen its market share in Germany.
