Intercom teardown: A pioneer in conversational marketing

Intercom is an integrated solution provider that offers a customer communication platform to support the buyer’s journey for sales, marketing, and customer support teams. The platform includes “Business Messenger,” an omnichannel conversational marketing platform, offering customer engagement solutions across multiple communication channels (email, social media messaging, live chat). It also provides a unified interface with a suite of customer management tools, including team inbox, surveys, chatbots, and rule-based automated workflows.
