Klaviyo: The premier email and SMS marketing platform for ecommerce brands

Klaviyo operates an email and SMS marketing platform that caters to ecommerce brands of all sizes. The features of the platform include 1) campaign automation solutions to execute personalized email, SMS, and social media marketing; 2) an integrated customer data platform (CDP) that provides a unified view of customers; 3) AI-powered tools to segment and track customers and provide predictions on customer action; and 4) customizable flow and campaign analytics. 
  • Klaviyo's platform has a large partner ecosystem and 170+ technology integrations, notably with ecommerce sites such as Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce. What sets Klaviyo apart is that it can integrate with these ecommerce sites, eliminating the need for additional software development. In addition, Klaviyo differentiates itself by offering an in-house customer data solution that leverages customer data at every stage of the marketing process.
  • The platform serves clients such as Huckberry, NOMAD, and Chubbies and manages more than 265,000 customers (April 2023).
  • In September 2023, Klaviyo made its debut on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "KVYO," becoming a publicly traded company.
