• ManyChat, a leading chatbot creator for social media and SMS, specializing in chat marketing, announced that after the successful conclusion of a beta program. it launched its WhatsApp Chat Marketing Automation solution.

• The features of the platform include 1) lead generation, where marketers can directly funnel paid traffic to their Whatsapp bot; 2) automatically capturing critical customer information; 3) automating responses to customer questions; and 4) access to unlimited customer-initiated conversations without the need for Facebook Business Verification.   

• This builds on ManyChat’s partnership with Whatsapp to be an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider since October 2020.
