Paddle, a British company offering payment infrastructure for SaaS platforms, has acquired ProfitWell, a company providing analytics and retention tools to subscription businesses, for more than USD 200 million (cash and equity).
Paddle will absorb all of ProfitWell’s employees, with Co-Founders Patrick Campbell and Facundo Chamut assuming duties as chief strategy officer and chief product officer, respectively.
Paddle will also access ProfitWell’s customer base of over 30,000 enterprises (in more than 100 countries), including Canva, Hubspot, Notion, and Autodesk.
